Lady Heather does designs based on big brand name Lolita wear, but it's totally affordable. I actually bought an all white outfit from her at Megacon, and it's so cute! Actually, Lady Heather buys wholesale from another seamstress. www.Fanplusfriend.com, is a china-based store, but don't let that fool you. They are amazing, fast, and quality. They do cosplay and lolita. :3 I own two dresses from them, and I am not disappointed.

Yup. I actually juswt found out from her that it is from China...but her stuff is still super cute. Not to mention that the quality is really good. I own a blouse and a skirt from her and everyone always compliments me on how adorable it is! =^.^=

My only complaint is that, like fanplusfriend, the skirts are WAY to long. I've ordered from fanplusfriend, and one dress was made way to long to be lolita. Its dissapinting, slightly.

Really? I found that they were an okay length. But even though I'm slightly short, I have long legs, so they were a good length for me.

If anybody has any problems with things like it being too tight, get one size up. Or if it's a little too long, don't worry about it. Find a good tailor, and they can fix those kinds of things for you real easy. Even though I can sew, I don't get a lot of time often for myself, so I take my things to one occansionally if I'm slammed. Word of advice, it shouldn't cost more than $50-$60 MAX for them to fix it for you.

When I ordered from fanplus friend, I put down my exact height and everything. Next time Im just going to tell them how long I want the skirt. Sometimes it can be a tad hard, withthe language barrier between me and fanplusfriend.

Hmmmm...that does seem to be a bit of a problem. I know that they (most asians) tend to measure things in cm. And maybe I can try to talk to my best friend. She has a penpal that's in Japan. Maybe she can tell us what Japanese words should go with what English words for measurements?? Maybe Chinese too?? If anyone can do this, let us know! Things like waist, bust, hip, height...etc.
